We invite you to read our house rules. The behaviours to be observed are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect

• Underground jacuzzi: avaible only by reservation (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), and is for the exclusive use of room guests. It is also possible to reserve a massage and an aperitif at reception.

• Restaurant table reservation: you should always reserve your table in advance for dinner or lunch on the terrace by sending a message to +39 340 82 74 276 or at reception.

• Room cleaning: the manager can access the rooms, if free, for daily cleaning, which will be carried out from 10.00 to 12.00. If at the time of cleaning, the rooms are occupied, daily room cleaning will not be carried out.

• Breakfast time: breakfast is served on the terrace (in winter in the Briganti room) from 9.00 to 11.00. In the event of special requirements, the time must be agreed in advance with the manager.

• Check in and check out times: rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day after the last overnight stay. We do not provide a left-luggage service.

• Registration: upon arrival, guests are required to show a valid identity document for registration. In accordance with current legal provisions, the data provided will be treated in compliance with confidentiality and security obligations, processed for purposes relating to the business and will not be disseminated.

• Number of persons: It is not permitted to bring into the Masseria and the rooms persons whose identity document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner.

• Prohibitions: Smoking is prohibited in the communal areas and in the rooms, and ashtrays must be used on the terrace and balconies. It is forbidden to flush nappies and any material that may clog the pipes, there are special bins. It is forbidden to walk around the Masseria with clothes that may offend other modesty.

• Obligations of the guest: the guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the Masseria, due to improper use of the facilities. We also invite our guests to behave in such a way that they do not disturb guests at any time of the day. Lights and other equipment must be switched off when leaving the room.

• Method of payment: when confirming your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required as a guarantee (which can only be refunded 30 days before the date of check in); the balance will be paid in cash or by credit card upon check in. The Masseria accepts credit and debit cards; cheques are not accepted. No tourist tax is required.

• Recommendations: guests are asked to watch over their belongings, as the owners of the Masseria are not responsible for their safekeeping. Guests are requested to lock the main door and the door to their room, taking care to deposit their room keys at reception and not to lose their entrance keys. Do not leave the keys in the lock. Guests must return the keys before departure. Any loss will result in a corresponding charge for changing the lock and the entire set of keys.
