Each Rooms is unique in style and architecture and reflects one of the prominent personalities of the Del Tufo dynasty, the noble house of Marquis and Barons that dominated the fief of Matino until 1900.

The high vault, the elegant cement tiles and the golden furnishing with golden plating distinguish this wonderful room, inspired by the magnificence and the prestige of the Kingdom of Naples of 1600.
However, from the large window of the room, the smell of freshly-baked bread and roses takes us back to the town streets where the Baroness Fulvia De Persona engraved these words: “To me the city is a prison, the solitude is heaven”, referring to her life in the city of Naples and the periods of holiday in Matino, where her soul and her body could find peace.

It’s a unique room, incorporating liberal features and baroque details in its furnishing, perfectly describing the troubled cultural and social period in which Giambattista del Tufo’s personality was shaped. The terrace gives space and freedom to the guests with sunbeds, pillows, and a marble table, although remaining hidden from curious eyes.
