The standard rooms on the courtyard on the first floor are the perfect solution for those looking for a welcoming room with an excellent quality/price ratio , in light of smaller spaces that are however more than enough, with the same services of Superior Rooms.
In the past these rooms were used by the poorest families, which therefore benefited more from the courtyard common space to wash clothes, trade everyday goods, and sing lullabies and local folk songs.
These rooms are connected by a sort of social atrium and that’s why we decided to narrate you the story of the Brigands of South Salento from 1860 to 1870 through their walls.
Every room has a personal entrance and the guests can benefit privately of every service related to the JACUZZI IN THE HYPOGEUM.
