For groups: south Puglia on bike 3 days
MINIMUM FOR GROUP: 8/10 people
Day 1-Arrive in Matino (LE) in “A Locanda Tù Marchese”. Welcome drink and meeting with guide and staff of A locanda. Short cycling among the ancient olive trees and visit the oil hypogeum. Overnight stay.
Day 2– Breakfast, check our bike, briefing on the route. Visit the Messapic Museum of Alezio with break time for lunch, visit the historical centre of Matino and Parabita, very important and beautiful centres with the Marquis Palace and the Castle. Arrival in Gallipoli, beach city. Return and evening workshop and typical dinner at the Locanda on terrace or in hypogeum. Overnight stay.
Day 3-breakfast, greetings and departure.

Day 3-Itinerary: continue northwards, towards Tuglie visiting the Radio Museum and Rural Culture Museum, stopping for break dinner and to buy some typical product. During the early afternoon you cycle to the Venus Caves of Parabita and to Collepasso. Accomodation at the Locanda with a workshop and dinner.
Breakfast and departure the next day.
ROUTE ON BIKE: Group’s route with guide, for all levels of preparation and with break time for lunch and visiting museum.
WHEN: we cycle all the year without problems but the perfect periodi s from Febbruary to November. It’s better to do not rde on August because is a very hor month.
HOW ARRIVE: Car: from the highway A14 and take the exit Bari Nord and then the Brindisi-Lecce . When you arrive in Lecce, go to Gallipoli and then to Matino. You can park your car near our Locanda in S.Giorgio square. Train: arrived Lecce, take another train or the bus to arrive in Matino. Plane: from Brindisi airport with a bus you arrive in Lecce ( about 50km).
We could manage for you all transports to arrive in our Locanda.
ACCOMODATION AND LUNCH/DINNER: “A Locanda Tù Marchese” is b&b and tipical family restaurant in the historical centre in Matino. Our room are double, triple and famiy and have air condition, bathroom, tv, fridge, towel set, and wifi. We have bike room and laundry.
“Pensione Free Zone” in Matino, is 1km far from historical centre. There is a huge parking in front of the structure and each room have air condition, bathroom, tv, fridge, and towel set.
