Salento on bike 7days (6 night) between history and nature
Discovering Salento is simple on bike, between dolmens and menhirs, golden sands and crystalline waves, coastal towers and churches. You can choose which route to follow, we created these in partnership with SAC , cycle route in the Serre Salentine.

BIKE ROUTE: If you want to challenge yourself or keep in touch with nature , we have road and mountain bike routes, for you and your family, or your friends or your group. With our guides you could choose the theme routes you prefer, in the hinterland and along the ionic coast .
WHEN: from February to November. Is better to do not cycling in August, very hot month.
HOW ARRIVE: Car: A14 highway,then take the exit Bari Nord and continue the freeway Brindisi-Lecce. For our Locanda you just proceed to Gallipoli and then for Matino. Your car will be parked in S.Giorgio square, near our Locanda. Train: FrecciaBianca and Intercity notte arrive in Lecce. To arrive in our Locanda in Matino, you should take a shuttle bus o another SudEst Railways train. Plane:You arrive at brindisi Airport and then take a shuttle to Lecce (about 50km).
We could manage for you all transports to arrive in our Locanda.
ACCOMODATION AND LUNCH/DINNER: “A Locanda Tù Marchese” is b&b and tipical family restaurant in the historical centre in Matino. Our room are double, triple and famiy and have air condition, bathroom, tv, fridge, towel set, and wifi. We have bike room and laundry.
“Pensione Free Zone” in Matino, is 1km far from historical centre. There is a huge parking in front of the structure and each room have air condition, bathroom, tv, fridge, and towel set.
